How to use
Bath Oil 60ml: Run a warm bath to about 37˚ C. Once at your preferred depth, add 5ml (approximately half a capful) of OLVERUM Bath Oil. Before you immerse yourself, agitate the water with your hand to disperse the oil.
Nightfall Sleep Mist 30ml: Spritz two pumps of mist into the air, or directly onto linens from a distance of around 30cm. For best results, use a few minutes prior to rest or sleep
Soothing Hand Lotion 50ml: Apply to clean dry hands throughout the day as needed, especially after washing.
For a moment of restorative stillness, helping to calm the mind; simply apply the lotion, then cup your hands around your nose and mouth, breathing deeply.
