How to use
  1. Body Polish: In the shower or before your bath, massage a small amount over damp skin in circular motions, then rinse well.
  2. Bath Oil: Run a warm bath to around 37°C. Add the 5ml bottle once the bath is at your preferred depth, stir the water with your hand to disperse the oil, then step in and soak.
  3. Firming Body Oil: Whilst your skin is still warm and damp from your bath, warm a few drops between your palms and massage into skin, focusing on the thighs, stomach and arms.
  4. Body Gua Sha: After applying the Firming Body Oil hold the tool almost flat and glide it upwards in long strokes with light pressure. Work from the ankles towards the thighs and from the wrists towards the shoulders.
  5. Nightfall Sleep Mist: Before bed, spray a few times over your pillow and bedding.

Body Polish:

Apply onto cleansed damp skin, massaging with circular motions to boost the exfoliation benefits by stimulating blood circulation. Then simply rinse off or leave for a few minutes to allow the Papaya Enzyme to penetrate more deeply into the skin’s surface.

For best results, use once or twice per week.

Precautions: For external use only. Do not apply to irritated or broken skin. Avoid contact with the eyes. If product gets into the eyes, rinse well with water immediately. May make surfaces slippery.

Massage a few drops of Firming Body Oil into clean, dry skin, then hold the Body Gua Sha almost flat and glide it upwards in long strokes with light pressure. Work from the ankles towards the thighs and from the wrists towards the shoulders. The oil gives the tool slip, so it moves smoothly without dragging the skin.

The 5ml Bath Oil in the kit is one bath’s worth, the same amount Olverum recommends for every bath. Run a warm bath to around 37°C, add the oil once it is at your preferred depth, then stir the water with your hand to disperse it before you get in. The concentrated formula absorbs into the skin and leaves no greasy residue in the bath.
