How does membership work?
You join Olverum Members Club for £10 per month. Your £10 membership fee is returned to you as store credit straight away, valid for 365 days. You'll also receive 15% off all orders, free shipping, £20 of store credit every 180 days. You can also use your membership discount on bundle orders for huge savings.
Do I get 15% off my first order?
Yes. Purchase your membership, then create or log into your account using your purchase email. Shop as usual and your 15% discount will be applied automatically at checkout (excluding subscriptions).
Your complimentary shipping code will be available in your membership area — simply copy it at checkout.
Where is this available?
Currently this is only available in the UK.
Can I use my membership benefits with subscriptions?
Membership and subscriptions work separately. Subscriptions already include their own pricing, so the 15% membership discount and store credit do not apply to subscription orders. Your membership benefits apply to all one-off purchases only.
Can I use my store credit on subscription orders?
No. Store credit can only be used on one-off purchases. Subscription orders are priced separately and cannot have store credit or the membership discount applied to them. ^ Leave this one for mo Jatin, confirming with Inveterate whether we can do this
How do I use my store credit & when does it expire?
Log into your account at checkout when making a one-off purchase. Your available credit balance will appear, and you can choose how much to apply to your order.
Each month's £10 credit is valid for 365 days from the date it's issued.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@olverum.com. There are no fees and no minimum commitment. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
When does my membership renew?
Your membership renews monthly on the same date you joined. You'll receive a reminder before each renewal.
What gifts will I receive?
Every 180 days we give our members £20 in store credit
Can I get a refund on my membership?
We understand that sometimes things aren't quite right. If you cancel within 5 days of joining and haven't used your membership benefits (discount or credits), we're happy to process a refund. After 5 days, or once benefits have been used, refunds cannot be provided. Please contact contact@olverum.com if you have any questions.
